Saddle Creek Construction specializes in new home construction. On top of the construction crew, you will have a personal Realtor and Designer, Savannah Knoedl. She will guide you through the designing process (picking colors, tiles, floor, etc), while answering any questions you have along the way. We have completed over 95 homes since 2016.
SPEC Homes
Do you want a new-built home without the stress of the decision-making? We have spec homes with pre-selected features so you can get a new, beautiful home without the hassle. All of our selections are made carefully, prioritizing quality and comfort. All of our homes are built with the same level of care we would put in for our own family home.
Remodeling
From full-home, down-to-the-studs renovations to a single room, no project is too small. We put the same care, craftsmanship, and dedication into remodeling projects as we do for new builds.
