how we got started
saddle creek construction
Kris Knoedl, President of Saddle Creek Construction, started building & remodeling in 2016 for customers. He started in construction at a young age and held the general manager position of his family’s business that focused on granite and full-home remodels. After the business was sold in 2013, Kris went to work for John Deere. The customers and home builders helped push him back into the building business. He started with his family home and never stopped. Once an opportunity came up to manage multiple apartments and build 30+ homes, Kris decided to leave John Deere and pursue his business full-time.
In 2020, Saddle Creek Construction remodeled over 20 homes. In 2021, they played a significant role in a full subdivision development. This led them to build 30 homes from foundation to finish. They focus on custom homes, remodels, and building investment properties for businesses.
Kris is married to Savannah and they have two beautiful children, Lane & Ainsley. Savannah works as the Realtor and Designer for Saddle Creek Construction. You can also find them both at the office working with customers or designing your new home!
