If you don't love your home, nothing else matters. From the beginning, we want to find the floor plan or quick move-in home that is perfect for you. Our online and onsite sales team will help you find the area and home that checks all the boxes. This may be a quick move-in home that is already under construction, or a custom new build, starting from scratch. Either way, we'll make sure you're excited about what's to come.
Once a home or house plan is chosen, it's time to tailor it to your wants and needs. Most of our plans have several exterior and interior options to allow you to customize your home. We will ensure your new home fits your new build site, by applying for necessary permits. Next, the project can begin. As we start construction, our staff will work with you step-by-step on color selections/finishes on what needs to be picked out. Our dedicated manager will give you weekly photos and updates on your new home.
Once construction approaches the finish line, it's time to prepare for closing and move-in. You can choose your own lender, or use our partnered lender. We recommend our lender because they know our process and can ensure a smooth transaction without delays. You will then meet with your construction manager. Together, you will inspect the home and add any additional repairs or items needed. You are just a few weeks away from experiencing the Saddle Creek difference yourself!
