Custom Homes

Saddle Creek Signature Homes specializes in new home construction. We have completed more than 95 homes since 2016, each one built from the ground up around the family moving in.

On top of the construction crew, you get a personal Realtor and designer, Savannah Knoedl. She guides you through the design process, from colors to tile to flooring, and answers your questions along the way.

Each selection is made by our design team with quality and comfort first, and each home is built with the care we would put into our own family home.

Remodeling

From full-home, down-to-the-studs renovations to a single room, no project is too small. In 2020 alone we remodeled more than 20 homes across the area.

We put the same craftsmanship and dedication into remodels as we do into new builds, and it shows in the before and after.

Large Scale Developments

In 2021 we played a major role in a full subdivision development, building 30 homes from foundation to finish. We know what it takes to deliver at scale without letting quality slip.

If you own a piece of property and need a builder to develop it, bring it to us. We will walk the land with you and lay out a plan that pencils.
